Create a Report

A Report is used in city when you need immediate assistance. We use the skybox to start it. From there, an application will open and in there you will communicate with an Admin.

  1. Choose a tab and enter the notes of the issue
    1. “Report a player” to report someone breaking the city or war rules
    2. “Report a bug” to report anything else
  2. An Admin will respond to you in the ticket

Use a Report to:

  • Report a Cheater/Modder in the city
  • Rule break happening in the moment
  • Request a role addition for a new employee
  • Request a refund (based on approval from a ticket)
  • Request a Patreon Card

NOTE: If you submit a report and you’ve not received a response before blackout, that report will get wiped during blackout. So, you’ll need to resubmit after blackout to get the attention of an Admin.

Rules for Creating a Ticket

It must be reported WITHIN 24 hours of the incident

When reporting a rule break, we need it reported with 24 hours of when it occurred. The reason is that feedback to that person is only really useful when delivered in a timely manner.

Appropriate clips must be included

  1. The clips must be your own.
  2. If they are not your own, the owner must be the one to submit the ticket.
  3. The clip must have full audio, including your voice.

Clips must be at least two minutes long

  1. Shorter than that and they wont’ be considered.
  2. Why? We need to see the full incident (unedited) to show what happened leading up to the incident, the incident, and what happened after. People often use short clips to remove their own rule breaks.

Describe the rule break you are reporting

  1. Tell us what rules you think are being broken.
  2. Include any identification info. You can voice ID in tickets. We may or may not be able to use that info. But it could be helpful.
  3. If you broke rules too, just admit it. It will make our job in reviewing it a little less painful.

Include Time and Place

Sifting through logs (death, join, and leave logs) is a very manual process. To narrow it down we need the exact date and time – including your time zone.

Additionally, we need the Postal Code if you can get it. It can be quite helpful.

Template for a Rule Break Ticket

If it’s helpful, try this as a template for your ticket.
Example:
  1. Rule Break: Combat Logging
  2. Time: 11 pm EST
  3. My time zone: GMT
  4. Postal Code: 7123 (or you can name a location Mt. Zonah)
  5. Person being reported: Josie Smith
Describe the scene.
